Yes. All PGI ingredients are USDA Certified Organic and handled in compliance with NOP standards. We also maintain Kosher, Non-GMO, and Gluten-Free certifications, ensuring premium quality and purity.
In certain circumstances we do have the ability to source conventional but this is only done if requested by a one of our established partners/customers.

We have a dedicated in-house quality assurance team and testing lab that performs microbiological, heavy metal, and pesticide analysis on all ingredients. Every batch is tested before shipping to ensure compliance with strict quality standards.
We have 2 in house treatments, an Infra-Red-Drum (IRD) and dry heat (oven).
The Infra-Red-Drum uses Infra-red and is NOT an irradiated treatment because irradiated is not allowed in organic. It is
fairly new, and a now widely accepted German technology.
The dry heat is a simple but effective technology that uses an oven.
Absolutely. Each lot comes with a COA, specification sheet, and traceability documentation, available upon request. We maintain full transparency across our supply chain.
Store ingredients in a cool, dry, and dark place in sealed containers. Proper storage helps preserve volatile oils, flavor, and shelf life.

Per HACCP, all goods go through a NIST certified and FDA approved Gravity detector. Additionally all mills and processing machinery are fitted with industrial strength magnets. Sifting at multiple production steps further insures absolute purity of your ingredients.
Shelf life varies by ingredient, typically ranging from 12 to 36 months. Each product comes with a recommended best-by date and storage guidelines.
Our minimum order quantities is 1 case however the weight of a case varies by product ranging anything from 18lbs - 40lbs.
Yes, we provide free or low-cost samples for qualified B2B buyers. Samples help you evaluate flavor, aroma, and particle size before committing to bulk quantities.
